Ca´Eufemia is placed right in the heart of the city. Being tucked away at the Giudecca island, adds value to your stay. This is a safe and quiet location, despite being only few minutes away from all the main attractions. The island offers authentic Venetian life: Stroll down the fundamenta in the afternoon, enjoy a spritz or a coffee at one of the small bars and listen to the buzz.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building on the fundamenta, which means you are only steps away from the nearest vaporetto station, Palanca, and from bars, cafes and the local shops. All our neighbors are friendly Italians. The apartment is unusually bright with stunning views.
Giudecca has some excellent restaurants, from some of the world famous and very stylish ones to the more cosy and traditional trattorias. You will find more details in the apartment.
The local supermarket is just around the corner, next door is a small but superb fish market and the salumeria (selling meat and delicatessen) is said to be the best in Venice.
The nearest Vaporetto station is Palanca, a 1 minute walk away. The Vaporetto takes 2 minutes across to Zattere, which is about a 15 minutes walk from Pizzale Roma (bus terminal) & approximately 20 minutes walk from Santa Lucia (the train station).
Zattere is also the stopping point for the Alilaguna water bus service from the Marco Polo Airport. You may of course also take the Vaporetto line 2 to us from either of these two terminals.
