Ca´ Eufemia is available for rent throughout the whole year. Please get in touch with us for details on availability.
We try to be as flexible as possible regarding your stay. For instance, the changeover day is not fixed. If new guests arrive on your departure day, you can safely store your luggage in the apartment.
In general, we have a minimum 3 night stay. A 2 night stay may occasionally be possible, but an additional €75 linen and cleaning fee will be charged.
Discounts are available for stays of two weeks or more.
Upon your arrival our personal contact will meet you at the Palanca Vaporetto Station. She will take you to our apartment and give you two set of keys and show you around.
Rates & Dates
Rates
Please note that our rates differ according to seasons. The summer season, school holidays and the Carnevale are the most expensive periods.
The summer season starts 1 April and lasts until 1 October. The dates for the Carnevale varies every year, but are normally in February.
The rates include final cleaning, linen, towels and utilities.
The only add-on is a charge of €35 for our ´Meet & Greet´ service, to be paid locally to our representative (€50 for arrivals after 7pm).
We have bank accounts in Norway, the UK and Italy and accept payment in Euros, British Pounds and Norwegian Kroner (subject to the current currency exchange rate). You may also pay via Pay Pal, but please note that there will be a 5% extra charge.
The rates are for parties of 2-4 guests. There is an additional cost of £10/€12 per night for a 5th adult guest.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
